The worst tequila I’ve ever had. The aroma is terrible. I’m sorry but this even changed the taste of margaritas at the bar I work at. Just terrible.

Very green aroma, and a good deal of sweetness and some mint in the flavor. Finish is a little rough and spicy.

Out with friends and trying something different. Sweet on the nose, though there is something funky going on. Similarly sweet on the palate though not much complexity. I’d say this is a very easy sipper for the non-tequila crowd. Gateway tequila? Finish is a bit short with a somewhat artificial, saccharine-like characteristic.

Tequila 512 Blanco is an exceptional expression of craftsmanship, delivering a beautifully balanced and vibrant profile. On the nose, it offers a fresh and enticing aroma of agave, complemented by subtle notes of citrus and white pepper. The first sip reveals a smooth and clean palate, with flavors of sweet cooked agave harmoniously blending with hints of lime zest and a gentle touch of vanilla. The finish is crisp and refreshing, leaving a delicate trace of peppery spice and a lingering sweetness. Perfect for sipping neat or elevating your favorite cocktails, Tequila 512 Blanco embodies quality and tradition in every drop.

I picked this up while in San Antonio, TX and it appeared to be a somewhat popular local brand. I was hoping for a little more, but the aroma is pretty flat with some agave and vanilla and caramel, but very faint. Sipping brings pepper and alcohol forward, with a burn and a peppery agave finish. I would consider this one a mixer, but some may like it's simplicity and calm demeanor.

Ok here goes. Eyes: clear, lots of tears on Glencairn Nose: first thing that hits me is brown licorice, it’s not a strong nose, so it takes a few long slow breaths to get some pepper, tiny bit of mint, salt, agave is distant in back. Taste: first sip to cleanse mouth: alcohol forward 2nd real sip: heat, white pepper, agave more present in taste then smell, bitter, not a long finish but the heat lingers down throat. Alcohol is most prevalent, some mint, and minerals. Spice on tongue . Overall experience: Would not be rushing out to get it. No better or worse than any standard well bottle you’ll find in any bar in any town, like 1800, Casamigos, Teremana, it’s cheap and it shows.

Nose: pretty flat. I pick up a really subdued roasted agave. Taste: ocean water, cinnamon, roasted agave, bitterness. Finish: not amazing, lingers with you and is kind of sharp and sits on your tongue for a while. Almost bitter

I’m still learning about tequila being that I coming from mezcal and in fact this is my first blanco which at first I enjoyed, but now that I at the end of the bottle I’m finding it much too sweet for my taste, it seems somewhat artificial to me, does anyone else think that there are additives in this? At this point I’m too inexperienced to know. Nose: sweat, citrus, a little bit of alcohol, very strong vanilla, sometimes chocolate. Palate: citrus, vanilla/chocolate, light burn. Mouthfeel: nice viscosity, smooth. Finish: short, mostly clean tasting, but one note that I don’t like some much, some alcohol. All in all not bad but I think there is a blanco out there for me to find that will be much more to my liking. I made a video tasting this tequila https://youtu.be/VNq17sAAC7M?si=WHpwTAqoazr1fKaH

Sweet with no heat.Very sweet for a blanco. Fake fruit and cake batter are the first taste. There is a skunk, wet animal aroma when you add ice. The taste gets sweeter like cotton candy. I think I'll stay away from the others, as well

Esta entre un Blanco y Medio Reposado los sabores. Buen Olor en el vaso (vaso de brandy). en el paladar un dulcesito que queda entre un Blanco y un Reposado. un toquesito de vainilla al final. Lo recomiendo.

Alfonso had COVID 19 when he tasted this tequila. Definitely not the worst Tequila ever. Not sure why you would put this in a Margarita anyway. The nose on this Tequila is slightly sweet, someone mentioned “banana” earlier and I got this too or maybe even marshmallows. On the palate this Tequila is smooth and creamy with good viscosity/mouthfeel. In the finish we noted some sweetness but also spice and mineral notes. Overall a nice sipping Tequila at a decent price.
