Mexican 40% abv. version, lote: L040521-06, bottled on 28-06-2021, tasted on 11-4-23. Aroma: sweet cooked agave! Light acidity, light floral notes, lime citrus, alcohol sensation is very low. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet, sour, acidic and citrus balance. Finish is medium to long, sweet cooked agave with citrus and acidic balance persists. At the very end it has a touch of bitterness.

At the bar: The aroma I picked up was agave citrus mixing with a brininess and floral notes. The super floral smell stood out to me the most, like a fresh bouquet inside a house with the windows closed. The taste burst with lavender and leche with the agave citrusness and brine mingling well to compliment the total perfumery taste. Barbie's tequila. I was surprised by this drink and could possibly explore it again.

It is a really good blanco for using it in cocktails or your first poor. You won’t be disappointed at all, besides it’s well made.
