From start to finish this is a bit of a lackluster tequila. There's not much on the nose but I do get a slightly medicinal note and minimal agave. The flavor follows and almost tastes watered down. It vanishes so quickly that it's hard to pick up any notes. This almost feels like something I'd put in a margarita for someone who hates tequila. There's barely anything to taste here... It's not bad or terrible it just doesn't have much going on.

Aroma is full of agave and fruit (distinct cherry notes). Full, oily texture on the glass and the tongue. The flavor takes a moment to appear then is full of peppermint with just a slight softening of fruit. The finish is relatively short and never moves beyond the tongue and palate. Unremarkable.

Review #247 - Luna Nueva Silver Tequila Blanco

My first experience with any expression of the Luna Nueva line. The distribution makes it a little hard to come by for most of the nation, but it can be found and shipped nationwide at Bayway World of Liquor.
