I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. I picked this one up because I had never heard of it and it was only $30. I figured it was worth the risk. Right away, on the aroma I was blown away (surprised). It's very complex and has some berry notes, some caramel and even a slight but of cooked agave. The flavor follows suit but also adds a bit of leather and finishes off with a coffee note. It might be slightly bitter but I think that might be the coffee note as I'm not a huge fan (I know, blasphemy!). The finish is a bit lack luster but I don't mind that too much. It's subtle and not overpowering. Definitely surprised by this one. I may need to try to find the blanco and repo to compare.

Great find at mom and pop only $20 and actually beats out some of my more high end juice I have bought. Had 4 more bottles that going to be mine tomorrow!! Lol

Butter smooth and a bit oak infused. An absolute bargain @ $24.

a very pleasant surprise for this price range (<$30). I get a hint of vanilla aroma, maybe a touch of caramel. Clean taste, but with just a little too much bite on the finish. Again, for the price, pretty decent.

Tasted at the Fifty Best añejo /xa tasting and won the rest of the bottle in a lottery. "Gran Reserva" designation on the label. Really great all around flavor ,aroma & finish. Is there somewhere i can add a pic of the bottle?
