Unique qualities for this Repo. A little different nose and flavor profile with slight heat, but finishes well

A 250 ml bottle. 38% ABV. Nose: Deep, intense aromas. Mature agave in all its richness. Dark cherry, subtle barrel spices in harmony with light vanilla, and a nut-like oak note. Trace leather. I can’t tear myself away from the nosing in order to move on to the tasting - it continues to evolve and blossom. Flavor: Buttery, silky agave married perfectly with warming pepper and spice. The dark fruit and vanilla persist on the palate. Cantaloupe, pineapple and other tropicals. This is old school character and balance.

Wow! Aroma; cooked agave mixed with tropical fruits, cinnamon and peppers. Palate: citrus , berries, cinnamon, spices, tropical fruits, cooked agave. Finish is long with oak wood, cinnamon and fruits flavor. A very good tequila.

Aroma: Strong notes of caramel and vanilla. There is also a hint of cherry but not much agave. Flavor: the flavor is very in line with the aroma. Strong caramel notes but also a hint of oak. Finish: The finish starts off nice but falls off quickly.

I just love the old school bottle of Centinela reposado. If you see this bottle, grab it. It won't be around much longer.

This has a unique aroma and taste that reminds me of indoor fresh paint…yet, it’s not bad!

Mexican 38% abv. version, on the rear side of the front label is printed: lote: LT-NCR-02, bottled on 01-JUN-11, marbete is from 2009, tasted on 12-29-23. Color: yellow. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, light stone fruit sweetness, light vanilla, slightly earthy. After 15 minutes in the glass the wood note emerges, buttery. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet & sour balance. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with a hint of vanilla, light wood note with buttery & earthy notes persist.

I get a great heavy forward agave taste with a hint of cinnamon.

I like this better than the Blanco. Less of the shrill flavor- hits the palette further back and offers and earthier finish. Slightly astringent.

Well-rounded with distinguishable agave flavor. In my 20+ years of sipping tequila, I've found this Reposado the absolute best value for the dollar. In my top five of all time.

Deep golden hue for a reposado with unbroken slow legs. Vanilla, toasted nut & sweet agave on the nose with just a hint of leather. Rich caramel, sweet potato, candied ginger flavors up front followed by a nutmeg & oak finish. I bought this bottle on sale for $29.99...talk about value!
