Mexican 38% abv. version, LOTE 37/03, marbete is from 2002, tasted on 3-22-24. Aroma: light cooked agave, light acidity, light green vegetal notes, earthy, light dirt aroma, fresh. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance but quite subtle. Finish is medium, light cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light acidity with earthy notes persist.
