Really good classic organic blanco almost identical to IXA (same distillery so there)...,Bottle top needs improving however as the plastic top pulled out of rubber stopper! Luckily I keep a variety of other used corks to replace faulty corks and natural cork Is a better flavour than rubber anyway as we know!

Tasted after aeration. Nice mouthfeel, flavor, and finish. Lost some points on aroma. It is organic, so that's a plus. If you can find this around $35 give it a try. It got a silver medal at Spirits of Mexico in 2012. (0.56)

The sell here is that it’s organic.
Great mouthfeel with some nice sweetness. Reminds me quite a bit of the ArteNOM 1549.
