NOM 1549 | In a nosing jarrito - a bit of rubbing alcohol on the nose, mint, and fresh agave. Switch to veladora glass and it opens up, more sweet agave and less booziness. Medium body, round mouthfeel. I get dill, herbal, and pepper notes. There’s heat through a medium finish, not overly complex but hangs on the tongue for a bit.

Savory quality on the palate.
