NOM 1456 | Tons of amazing agave on the nose with a nice flavor. No heat through the finish makes this a super easy sipper while still being complex. A well made product. Impressed!
NOM 1414 | Subtle muted nose. Agave does come through. Palate is also soft with little bit of pepper on the finish. Not bad but I much prefer 1456
NOM 1414 | Light floral and sweet agave on the nose, with more agave and some cinnamon flavor profile. Light to medium finish. I got this in the mid-$30s which seems like nice value for a solid Blanco. I’ve been excited to try this now that it’s from NOM 1414. Certainly worth a sip. Seems a bit sweeter and brighter than NOM 1456, and I’ll give 1414 the edge for me.
NOM 1414 | Nose: Floral and fruity. Citrus, pine needles and minerals. Underlying sweet spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, light anise and allspice. Herbs also share the profile: rosemary and thyme - and a little dustiness. Plenty going on here, yet somehow the nose gives a delicate impression. Flavor: Sweet with heat. Medium viscosity with almond paste and vanilla creaminess. A hint of green pineapple accompanying the citrus notes. Salinity. Slight suggestion of bitters. Warming pepper heat and anise round out the finish.
NOM 1456 | Slight sweet cooked agave, light heat, very clean finish. Great value

NOM 1456 | NOM 1456 06/09/19 07:29:13 1 LOTE 064 40%ABV Cooked agave, pineapple, butter, vegetal, grass on nose. Flavor is cooked agave, citrus, pepper, pear and some licorice develops on the finish. Remnants of coarsely ground black pepper lingers, especially on the retro nasal. This bottle, out of NOM 1456, needs to be talked up a hell of a lot more. It is a must have.
Aroma : Strong cooked agave along with vegetal notes, grass and earth. Taste : Cooked agave here as well, with a cedar/pine-like background. There's also just the right amount of earth and black pepper to make the cedar notes a little more dynamic. The texture is really nice too. Finish : Medium/long, with stronger earth and black pepper notes.
Wow, ordered this on a whim and found a complete gem! Tastes like old school tequila, no sweet that doesn’t belong, no vanilla or baking spice. If I had one wish it’s that this could be a little boozier, it’s so smooth as is that it’s hard to believe it’s alcohol!
Buttered bread with a crispy crust scent, giving way to bark, raw and cooked agave. Very earthy and pine needle taste. I really enjoy depth in a tequila and this is deep and complex. Well done.
NOM 1456 | NOM #1456 Rich nose. Pears, green apple, and light agave start the procession. Then citrus and cinnamon join the party. Flavor starts oily, and spicy. Pepper, licorice mint and nuttiness follow. Then a cinnamon punch and some vanilla. Almost a caramel nuance. Finishes coating the mouth with pepper, spices and agave. Some bitterness. Not the longest finish.
NOM 1414
NOM 1414 | NOM 1414, delicious.
NOM 1414
Aroma: agave, pepper, citrus , grass Taste: agave, pepper, herbal Finish: strong and funky aftertaste I would use it as a mixer
Honey,Citrus,Vanilla,Black Pepper with a heavy cooked agave-mint finish. Complex and authentic.
Good for margs
fruit forward. some sting at the finish, but just enough. smooth.
Very light. Not overly complex. Good to introduce to someone who is new to tequila.
Sweet starchy, spice, clean dry finish. Crowded price point. I don't see value yet. 4/19/23. this is different Nom, 1414. still dry finish, not feeling sweet strach notes upfront.
NOM 1456 | Refreshing aroma with a soft peppery and agave taste that lead to a smooth finish.
NOM 1456 | I was really looking forward to try this tequila. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. It didn't taste like Tequila at all. Just a bad bottle? :(
I continue to be amazed with this beauty. Clean, pure and devoid of anything sweet or artificial tasting. A great value
smooth entro. ripe agave, citrus and heat mid-palate. then, she gone. smooth finish.
