NOM 1509 is a wonderful distillery. They make one of my 3 favorite lines, so I figured at the price Alma was worth a shot.
My first impression was that this is an OK average sort of tequila. Has some decent agave flavor and a nice sweetness, if a bit thin tasting. But it has an unpleasant artificial aftertaste that lingers forever. I had to pour myself a high octane mezcal just to get the taste out of my mouth.
