Mexican 38% abv. version, lote: L01ABJB17, bottled on 01-06-2017, tasted on 11-3-23. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, light stone fruit sweetness, minerality, light small white flower aromas, medium body, after 20 minutes in the glass a big part of the aromas dissipate, so note to self, drink this tequila sooner than later after serving. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet & sour balance, but the longer it stays in the glass the more prone to end bitter. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave with white floral & mineral aromas persist.
