Smells like an overheating vacuum cleaner and tastes like a chemical herb garden. Might be my least favourite tequila.
Strong acetone, paint thinner, varnish aromas. There must be something wrong with the bottle I got because I don't see how this could be a desirable flavor profile.
Pepper and spice in the aroma but still a hint of the rubbery smell I noticed in the standard repo. Feeling on the tongue and palate is thin but flavor is full of pepper with a bit of mint. Warm finish lingers nicely.
Lovely reposado, notes of jalapeño.
Like there was a bell pepper marinating in the bottle. I think it's a cross between tequila y pico de gayo, in a fun way. Great for a summer afternoon picnic
After aeration. Aroma, initially hints of nutmeg or allspice, but opening up into bright green agave. Quick legs. Taste of faint sweet agave and slightly acidic oak. Short pepper finish, with lingering numbness. Purchased at Tierrasanta "Wi__ _pirits," our creepy neighborhood liquor store, but it was good for a couple of treasure bottle before it changed hands.
Lote: 18021909, bottled on 20-03-2018. Color: just a tad of yellow. Aroma: light vanilla & wood note, light body, alcohol sensation is medium low, light raw agave, very light bitterness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived on nose, wood note is slightly more astringent than on the nose, ends slightly bitter. Finish is medium to medium long, light raw agave & slightly bitter wood notes persist.
The aroma is solvent with maybe a little vanilla. Tasting notes… really zero flavor at all. It’s all distilled out. They may have aged it, but all of the flavor is gone. Corralejo has other good products, but I do not recommend this one.
Light mouth-feel. Warm. Bit of a bite .
I think this is the worst tequila I’ve ever had. The nose is all medicinal rubbing alcohol, flavor is an odd peach and pineapple thing going on, just coming out of nowhere, and the finish takes the peach to like a bleach fade. This is a repo?? Where’s the barrel? While we’re on the subject, where’s the AGAVE?! Yikes.
good day fellow tequila drinkers and lovers . I was gifted this bottle for xmas from a friend who I converted from scotch drinker to tequila drinker and I was very very surprised at how smooth and light it was . I like it better then patron and it's now my second favorite under don Julio 70 . I have even bought it for a friend . now keep calm and sip on .
Has a full body brings a white pepper strong agave ,but finishes smooth swallowed last note to hot you is Vanilla! Definitely sip it to enjoy it after a long day at work or chill with it .
good for rum tequila old fashion. not for sipping
Agave with a pepper finish
I dont know why the only thing Correlejo does bad is reposado. Their regular reposado is horribly inconsistent from bottle to bottle and this tripple distilled is what it's like when you get a good bottle of the regular reposado. The anejo and blanco are excellent.
This isn’t as bad as everyone makes it out to be. But then, it’s not as good as Corralejo makes it out to be. End of the day, I rate a tequila by whether or not I can fit the bottle up my ass, so it’s gonna be a ‘no’ from me, dawg.
Strong acetone smell... if I needed to clean paint brushes, this would be just right. Tastes a bit better than it smells, but still not great. It’s smooth, and a bit of agave is detected. Not awesome.
A bit tight/unrevealing at first but pleasant as it sits in the glass or with an ice cube. Good value on sale.
Oak, Mellon, lemon, very smooth.
All the things you would expect from a triple distilled tequila are met here, mellow flavors and smooth on the pallet, but I found an unusual after taste that I could not pin point. Not saying it’s a bad taste that would prevent me from drinking it, just not something I would enjoy
Bottoms up!
I love this tequila, if you can find it I definitely recommend you buy it.
Great tequila. Has a strong initial taste of agave and some wood then mellows quickly for a very smooth finish.

Triple distillation hurts this as it remove much of the complexity of the tall bottle 2X juice. Not offensive but no need to seek out.
