Old, old, old bottle. Likely a blend of diffuser and roller mill now.

Alcohol forward and raw agave notes. This is what keeps people away from trying tequila. Seems to be more of a mixto than 100% agave

Horrific nose and taste for a blanco. If you like a cotton candy, artifical official overly sweetened profile with a little pepper and citrus... this is for you.... otherwise stay away

Good tequila for mixing on a budget. Too much alcohol on the nose. Pepper and fruits on the flavor kind of battle each other. Alcohol burn all the way to the finish and then some .

I just get mint and a burst of alcohol, nothing beyond that start to finish. This is rubbish, let’s hope oak fixes this......

Nose: Minerals, green apple and some astringency. Flavor has odd sweet and bitter notes - with a dash of pepper. Lacking.

I was overwhelmed by the alcohol aroma and taste. I tend to be overly sensitive to the alcohol, so this one was not a pleasant experience.

Blind tasted. Alcohol dominates early but gets better as it goes revealing tropical like flavors!

Mexican 38% abv. versión, lote: 21092054, bottled on 18-10-2021, tasted on 4-12-24. Aroma: raw agave, slightly earthy, briny, green olives, green vegetal notes, light artichoke aroma, light acidity, hint of citrus. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, artichoke note is more intense and prolonged on the palate. Finish is medium to medium long, light raw agave, light green vegetal note, light artichoke and a hint of earthiness persists.

Straight up alcohol on the nose. The flavor sweeter than I expected though. A hint of vanilla with a gentle burn that follows. The finish is rather bland. You can do much better elsewhere.

On the nose cooked agave, citrus, light vegetable sweetness. The palate has agave, black pepper and a slight alcohol burn. Very watery mouthfeel. The finish is quick and unremarkable with a little heat.

had this last night and was quite disappointed first with the terribly cheap pour at Blind Rhino in South Norwalk CT. Creamy grassy but no typical citrus or lime notes just eh and nose was bready or maybe yeasty.

Good inexpensive Tequila with slight hints of citrus, perfect for drinks. Doesn't provide much for sipping on it's own though.

Not much character, mild grappa or generic plant distilled liquor flavor

I like this as a margarita mixer a lot, especially when using fresh ingredients. There are lime notes and it’s got some sweetness. The finish is quick and won’t overwhelm margaritas.

It’s good as a mixer, just way too much alcohol smell and taste.

Solid budget choice! Vanilla and raw agave notes in the nose, but quite hot smelling. Some vanilla notes in the mouth. Notably smooth and a very fast finish. Definitely recommend for a mixer or even sipping if your taste allows it… Mine does!

Neutral, sweet, soft on the pallet nothing sticks out but it is pleasant to sip on or mix

Review #213 - Corralejo Tequila Blanco

To me, Corralejo seems to be kind of an overlooked brand. It's easy to find, so you don't get excited when you see it in a store. The bottle looks great, but there's no "buzz" around the tequila.
