NOM 1109
Well. I was hopeful that the good reviews would help get me past the blah-ness of this Blanco. There is nothing offensive about this tequila. Unfortunately there’s nothing that stands out as good. It would make a great mixer! Nom 1614
NOM 1614 | agave forward, with citrus, tropical fruits, brine, pepper, slight caramel, bell pepper, sugary-ish,earthy. Definitely has some burn on the finish but manageable.
Aroma of cooked agave and citrus. Flavor of cooked agave and black pepper. Pleasant, medium finish.
Pepperey with some agave. Not the best but fine at this price point.
NOM 1614 | Interesting at a reasonable price, less than $25 a 750ml bottle. This one will fool you with a nice agave , flowers, citrus , orange, and lemongrass on the nose. Pepper, cinnamon, orange, citrus and lemongrass on flavors. Finish with lots of agaves and orange
Agave, citrus and flowers on the nose. Taste is agave with citrus, lemon, orange, and light pepper. Finish is soft and lightly sweet. This is a good bargain tequila.

The old knock I have here is that it finished too sweet and it throws the experience slightly out of balance. This is one of the best smelling tequilas you’ll ever come across, it smells exactly like it should.
Full on Agave A little buttery while in the mouth but is a little harsh on the finish. Perhaps it will mellow after it rests. I read this high because of the value.
This is great! It's in the same rating and high value neighborhood just below Bracero and Tapatio, and just above Peligroso and Abreojos, although these other brands may have very different flavor profiles. This has a really nice citrus and fresh agave flavor that also feels light and smooth. It follows through on the promise made by the aroma. There's a moderate pepper finish of medium length. This is an easy sipper, and at this price point, you'll be happy mixing it as well. $23 @ BevMo (0.35)
Good value for the price. Best deal for this blanco includes the Tres cocktail agave syrup and a lime squeezer.
Nice citrus notes with fresh agave flavor. A really good value for the price.
Aroma of cooked agave and citrus. Flavor of orange and cinnamon. Slightly hot and peppery but in a good flavorful way. The finish is not overly long but is enjoyably lingering.
Aroma: Definite agave nose. Also has hints of cinnamon and fruit. Flavor: The cinnamon comes through in a major way here. It's the overwhelming flavor (in a good way!). Finish: Nice long smooth finish. Value: It's a great blanco for the price. Definitely something good to start the night with.
Bottle 091249
Aroma: Agave, sweet and floral notes with hints smoke Palate: Agave forward with initial sweetness and anise notes. Hints of citrus and minerality. Finish: Agave, pepper and vegetal after taste without any harshness Very nice, affordable mixer TEQUILA. Good budget sipper
Cooked agave, light sweet & floral on the nose. It's a much more earthy, limey(citrusy), white pepper profile on the palate. This has decent texture without thinking it's loaded with glycerin. The finish has a light citrus finish mainly between lemongrass and orange oil, maybe even a little boozy.
NOM 1614 | Smooth, pepper, lots of agave with a lingering mild finish.
Earth, alcohol, mild brine and touch of mint on the nose. Thin mouthfeel. Nice sweet agave right up front with a buttery-character and a sharp pepper bite deep in the back of the throat. Quick finish. So-so sipper but a solid mixer - especially at this price-point.
Best for mixing with drinks For margaritas Not great to drink straight, a bit harsh, with a dry finish, slight bitterness at the finish Agave forward Agave bomb
NOM 1614 | It’s clean but very light not sure it holds up in a cocktail to be honest I’m noticing a very long finish though that is clean. Depends on the cocktail I suppose. Very light sipper.
NOM 1614 | Presents some mild cooked agave on the nose with a hint of alcohol. I’m also picking up a faint scent of citrus. The taste is soft with lingering alcohol that finishes strong with pepper and a tad spicy. Both cooked and raw agave are prevalent. Minimally viscous. The flavor doesn’t last long but the pepper does.

Tasted at a Mexican restaurant. This is a good choice if you have to choose between typical mass produced tequilas usually served at a restaurant and something AF. Go this route and you will be happier.
