Have a kinky smell to it. Taste is not bad. Not a bad sipper. Not complex. (Agave, pepper, caramel, slight barrel notes, slight vegetal)

This is a bargain Anejo. A Win Win, Anejo, Organic, well made. A good sipper and an excellent tequila to use when making a special agave spirit cocktail that’s not a margarita or Paloma

Served neat on a sniffer, Light in color. Great aroma of agave, vanilla, honey, caramel, cinnamon, cherry, and pepper. Flavor full of agave, vanilla, caramel, citrus, butterscotch, honey, with long legs and silky. Great tequila to sip. Finish is full of flavor and refreshing . Señor Tequila in Fairfax rest try to charge $23/neat, had to argue the bill and after 15 min of dialog it was corrected to $10/neat each, unnecessary trouble, unfortunate experience .

Beautiful butterscotch aroma. sweet, but not quite dessert level. a subtle barrel spice lingers below, but barely. very little agave on the tongue, but plenty of vanilla, honey, and barel inspired butterscotch. smoke comes late, just before it finished smooth and with just a tiny spice kick. beautiful drink on a cold day. tryst coffee shop requested champagne glass $? no food, just coffee

Aroma of butterscotch and citrus from blanco is back. Mild flavor of butterscotch, agave and dirt. Again, the finish fades quickly. Overall, the entire line is decent and completely drinkable but nothing special at all.

The bottle I tasted was opened about 6 months ago. Aroma started to develop more after time when letting it breath.

All I can say is, what a bargain. Great additive free tequila for the price. Just a great sipper with all the right notes.

NOM 1614 | Aroma is nice with agave, vanilla predominant and some caramel and other spices. Overall not the most aromatic I’ve tried but still very pleasant Flavor agave and vanilla again predominant with a hint of caramel. Very nice. There is a bit of burn that comes on the finish. Mouth feel is a little thin for an aged spirit. Finish is nice and long with the vanilla hanging around. Unfortunately the burn hangs out a little longer. This is unbelievable for the price. A very nice anejo for less than a lot of the additive free blanco in my area. If you’re on a budget this should be your first pick for all three ages.

Mine was NOM 1522. A bit "strange" on the nose. This may be due to not allowing my pour to open up and it being a neck pour. Kinda heavy on the American oak on the nose. Things improve considerably after that. Nice and easy Anejo profile. Nothing too complex but some oak, Carmel and agave notes. Nice little alcohol burn on the back of my throat. Not bad for a cheap tequila. I will gladly drink this (especially after drinking some higher priced juice) knowing that this is organic and additive free Anejo tequila.

For the price you can’t beat it. Great value!! Nice taste. Fine to sip or mix. Cheaper than Casamigos crap or other “popular” tequilas that suck. And no additives as well. Check it out.

Cinnamon, caramel, vanilla, and cooking spices on the nose. These flavors translate directly to the sip. You really get a good bite of the cooked agave on the finish, which is nice aa the agave is hard to detect upon first sip. A good añejo for a fantastic price (I found it at my local for $40) that is fine to sip but is also great for really spicing up a cocktail

NOM 1614 | Grass and hay with a hint of sweet raw agave on the nose and a faint smell of alcohol. Buttery, minerals, roasted agave, mild herbs and spice, mixed with a mild burn on the palate. The finish lingers gradually numbing the tongue. Not as smooth as other brands, but not bad. The finish is just middle of the road, otherwise, I’d have rated this one higher.
