NOM 1426 | The smell and taste of yummy stone, I am Pyornkrachzark. Strong aromas. Stone, lime citrus, cream soda foam, watery, floral, orange peel, pine, and light alcohol. I can stick my nose in the glass and still not get burned by ethyl I noted. The initial taste made me think of a herbaceous minerality, followed by plum, floral (wine), orange peel, wateriness, black pepper, mint, alcohol and nail polisher. The dry down, wine, plum and wood. Agave flavor didn’t really stand out to me. The nail polisher taste is just something that I noticed, however the total sum is decent imo.

NOM 1426 | Better on the nose than the palate. Not much cooked agave, spicy, chemical, lingering aftertaste on the finish.

NOM 1426 | Basic profile, agave, citrus and tons of black pepper. Starts sweet (cooked agave), but then that flavor is minimized by spices (pepper/anise), astringency and acetone flavors. Decent mixer but high on price for what it offers.

This is a good tequila. Not overly complex but a nice agave sipper with a nice peppery finish

NOM 1426 | NOM 1426, bonus Blanco Liter bottle, good balance of citrus, pepper and heat. “Organic” if that really means anything. Would welcome the use of this as a base for any tequila cocktails.

NOM 1426 | Second time having the Blanco. Really sweet aroma and taste. Good heat on the finish with agave flavor and cinnamon.

NOM 1426 | Nose = a little agave, but mostly astringent. Sour white grapes almost. Taste = pepper and black licorice. Reminds me of shooting Fernet at a dive bar in Reno. Finish = not too hot, but long and bitter. I’m not in love. For 36$ it is an approachable mixer, unfortunately not a sipper for me.

NOM 1426 | Lots of unsweetened chocolate going on, not an agave forward tequila but still has some redeeming qualities. Way too expensive in Canada but worth a go if you run across it.

A clean soft and creamy blanco, with some spice, mint and a floral aroma. There's some sweet agave with an apple/melon presence, a little bit of alcohol and some mint with mild vanilla and light smoke. This is a light, simple, slightly bland and mild blanco, but good for the price, and could be an everyday sipper or even better in a mixed drink.

NOM 1426 | Really mineraly/ peppery smell. Not to alchohily like a lot of blancos. Taste is not what I expected I got hints of fruit and citrus. Really smooth for a blanco. A little sweetness to it which blew me away

Slightly sweet on the nose and palate for my particular taste, but otherwise a solid blanco.

NOM 1426 | NOM 1426 Aroma is somewhat harsh with notes of agave, wet stone and citrus. Strong cinnamon/peppermint flavor hits right upfront then smooths out nicely. Slight bitter aftertaste moves into a medium-long finish. This is a good, solid blanco. 6/29/2017

The aroma is sweet with notes of berry and a little agave. The flavor is a bit surprising because its not sweet at all. It's slightly bitter and almost reminds me a bit of rubber... Was hoping for something better based upon the smell but it was a bit disappointing.

NOM 1426 | 40% abv., LOTEAB1624, acquired recently, tasted on 7-28-24. Aroma: cooked agave, light acidity, light citrus, light lemon, light earthiness, light wet cement, light sprite, after 20 minutes the agave note becomes sweeter and a white floral aroma emerges. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, light black pepper spiciness, good sweet sour and citrus balance. White pepper and white floral aromas through my retronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave, light sprite, light white floral aromas with light earthiness persists. Reminds me of Casa Varones Blanco from the same NOM.

This is one of my favorites, happened by accident, tried because of it being on sale. This was a pleasant surprise. this is easily on my top faves, I don't want to be a gate keeper, but I don't want it to be popular. I would recommend it to people I like, it is an easy sipper, but also makes a top shelf margarita or other mixed drink. smooth, earthy, and fruity, with slight green agave.

I rate this quite high. It has a fantastic expression of the agave. Not cloying at all. Opens very subtle vanilla, as I moved it around the palate the herbal agave notes revealed themselves. Soft, clean finish without any harsh notes. At the price point, I can go to this without hesitation.

This was good from the start. Lots of cooked agave, floral, citrus in the aroma. A Damiana, minerals and herbal in the taste. Finishes with brine, white pepper and lemon.
