Some alcohol on the nose but not off putting. Cooked agave presence comes through with a clean crisp apple smell, minerality. Burst of flavors on the tongue, cooked agave, licorice, orange peel with a minty finish.

In the nose a fair balance of primary notes: raw and some cooked agave, herbal (sage), & black pepper. Fresh and crisp inviting profile with a subtle alcohol welcome (not harsh) • The cooked agave presence is there with a fresh/raw profile (gives me the hint that it probably went through an autoclave process or at least partially). Then received by a blend of citrus and fruity notes of grilled pineapple and overripe Bosch pear that its overlayered by grapefruit and orange blossom notes. Followed by sweet mint and herbal/earthy nuances that evolve into a black pepper and aniseed ending that predominate. This blanco sits on a medium-complex profile scale, as it entertain your buds and provides a delectable experience. • The finish over excites my palate in a good manner then the flavor ends in a short way, but leaves a medium lasting astringent (tannic) effect. Causing me to salivate further and inviting me to keep sipping. I can foresee other drinkers disliking that mouth-puckering (astringent) finish, but adds to the profile framework. • Pricing: Premium product and barely overpriced, but accesible at $55
