Initial impression is that something is overshadowing characteristics that I like. May re-review later.

Nose: cooked agave, wet earth, some light mint, and cut grass Flavor: sweet cooked agave, earth, anise, olives, and slight fruitiness Finish: starts with some fruit and moves to black pepper spice, is a long dry finish.

Solid tequila but overall I felt the smell & taste were both a little too mellow for my liking

Subtle aromas with cooked agave, some anise, grass and a tiny bit of olive. Dominant agave flavor, with more olive in the finish. This is a nice, clean, pleasant tequila.

Herbal, grassy nose with a hint of olive, anise and wet earth. Sweet, cooked agave flavor, nice mouthfeel, and light minty finish. Very pleasant.

Grapefruit and agave come through on this one big time. Very floral and very citrusy. I get a slightly briney finish that goes down very smoothly. Not incredibly complex but goes down very easy and for the 35$ price tag, I'm impressed. This will likely primarily be a mixer but it is good enough to be sipped and something that I would recommend to someone new to quality tequila

A bit alcohol forward. Getting mellow agave on the nose. Giving peppery and malolactic flavors on the palate.

Not bad, off initial sip of this I think I prefer the reposado from them but I’ll come back when I’ve tried more for a more thorough review. Just agave and slight ethanol initially but it’s a clean tasting blanco

Delicious with sweet aroma and complex taste. A touch of alcohol lingers at the end.

De-Nada' blanco is a wonderful spirit; subtle, soft, affordable and addative free. Ferment and Still @ $43 and Saratofa Wine Exchange @ $36. Extra points for affordability. Aroma: Bright, clean and inviting on the inital nose. Sweet cooked agave, lemongrass floral notes, and olives up front. Followed by herbal spearmint, black pepper, pineapple citrus, and anise. Taste: Soft with a delicate sweet and dry mouthfeel. Just a tiny bit of black pepper heat on the initial taste. Cooked agave, grass, and black pepper dominate. Mint, earth, and a mild salty oliveness on the mid palate. Finish: The finish is excellent. I'll steal from Don Heiser: 'starts with some fruit and moves to black pepper spice, is a long dry finish.'

Excellent sipper, stumbled upon it while visiting NY. Reminds me of G4, Teralta etc, easy to drink. Grassy, some earthy, some cooked agave presence but very mellow. Not sure I’d mix it! Maybe on ice with a squeeze of lime or I’d stick to sipping. After a couple glasses in I’m feeling a bit of a sweetness.

Incredibly smooth, yet still getting lots of cooked agave and a pleasant natural sweetness on the finish. Enough character to mix in a cocktail; however, I enjoy drinking it neat and on the rocks. Fantastic.
