NOM 1438 | Fairly simple nose, cooked agave with a bit of sweetness, nothing to write home about. A bit sweet on the palette, some pepper with loads of sweeter agave notes. Finish is not very hot, some spice and agave sugar.
Musty aroma. Smooth initial flavour with a long, slow, warm finish. Not sweet. Not peppery. Roasted agave.
