NOM 1592 This has an interesting cake batter agave thing going on. Some of the elements raise all kinds of flags but it finishes fairly clean. I've always avoided the NOM 1416 release when I've seen it, but this was at the Tulalip Indian store near me and I was looking for Squirt for a Paloma. Safeway was out of Squirt and most of their stock is Patron or Cuervo. Not too thick or oily this has a mid tongue tingle from ethanol and then goes down with some sweetness .

Aroma is completely non existent. Great flavor, though. Salty vanilla flavor with a bit of green vegetal notes. Salty aftertaste with a slight alcohol burn at the end. Incedible value and with the salty flavor and finish it would be great in a margarita.

Overly sweet. Even though it sports the 100% agave badge, it is clear that some sweeteners have been added. Strong smell and taste of cake icing
