NOM 1590 | Mexican 35% abv. versión, lote: 261218, bottled on 22-02-2019, tasted on 10-13-23. Color: light yellow. Aroma: a hint of star anise that later dissipates, then a light greasy animal oily aroma that also dissipates, cooked agave, light acidity, vanilla and light wood note. Palate: light cooked agave, light acidity, vanilla, light wood note, feels thin, aromas and flavors are quite subtle. Finish is short to medium, light cooked agave with vanilla and wood notes persist but not for long.
