NOM 1463 | Nose: Muted aromas, but does open up with patience. Initial pass yields light barrel spice and oak. There are farm nuances, the scent of a horse paddock and hay. Dried fruit, cinnamon and agave. Flavor: Thick caramel, agave, baking spices, and a “creeper” escalating pepper heat. A bit of a distracting aftertaste.
