Aroma is strong agave and mineral with slighe anise. Flavor is much better than expected balanced, agave forward and slight oak. Liked this more than I thought after trying the Anejo and being ho hum on that. Finish though is hot and burns just a bit too much.

NEW label Select barrel Reserve Silver- average to worse at best. Funky aftertaste with a pine and artificial taste.. not my thing

There isn’t much going on here besides the sweetness. Tastes like everything was rushed and picked up flavors that are not natural to the tequila-making process. Had an unnatural finish, like aspertame.

Hmmmm, a lot going on here, this is definitely a crowd favourite for tequila drinkers who don’t like the taste of agave. Not as sweet as Clase Azul and the like but it’s close, this has a lot of dark chocolate and a mid palate tropical fruit hit that took me by surprise. Pour this for everyone who visits your house and keep the good shot for yourself.

I really enjoyed this blanco. Mixed well. Slight oak. I wish the standard line was of this quality.

Beautiful bottle with a high price tag. Aroma and flavors of agave, citrus and a strong alcohol presence. As I am overly sensitive to the alcohol aroma and bite, this one did not work for me.

Bottle is from 2007. Some viscosity in the mouth, along with white pepper and some anise on a slightly bitter finish.

Too strong a nose, lots of alcohol. Medium body, good combination of citrus, pepper, mint and agave. Not a bad blanco, just not a good value. Beautiful presentation, was expecting better based off the description.

Mild agave aroma with hits of vanilla and caramel. Super smooth agave flavor with mild white pepper and hints of citrus. Not a big finish but what is there lasts, not dry at all.

When I smell it I get hit with banana, vanilla, and some agave. Bolder than normal Milagro. Sharper vanilla which when paired with the agave forms a banana-like flavor. Some caramel and salinity towards the end with alcohol. A fine sipper!

Not much nose Alcohol taste but okay smooth. Not my type

Soft nose…. Slightly sweet scent, light green olive, some alcohol…. Medium mouthfeel. Mildly warm, simple / somewhat non-descrip, pepper in the finish. Not a sipper for me.

The representative for Milagro says this is gently rested for 30 days in American and French oak. If that’s the only thing touching this tequila, I am a fan. Really good all around.

Not fake sweet like the regular blanco but still not that great

I sampled this at a restaurant with some friends. We all agreed it was harsh. Some light vanilla with a spicy alcohol heat. Not much to this one, but the alcohol/astringency was too much. This one loses extra points as I would not recommend it and probably would not drink it again. Also, the price point is not great for what you get.

NOT a sipper. Might use in a cocktail but there’s better out there for the same or less money.

Very caramel heavy both taste and smell, pretty smooth drinking but a bit of a nutty aftertaste.
