Aroma/Taste: Aromas of cooked agave with a strong mineral presence, reminiscent of wet cement, accompanied by citrus notes of lime and grapefruit, and hints of pear. The flavor profile features cooked agave, black pepper, lime, with subtle undertones of stonefruit, mint, and anise. Finish: The finish is characterized by a pleasant and lingering black pepper heat at the back of the throat, offering a satisfying warmth that extends throughout the palate. Overall: Tasted blind, this tequila showcases a well-balanced profile, combining robust flavors with a harmonious balance. An enticing choice for further exploration and enjoyment.
