At the bar: I was more than pleasantly surprised by this drink, the taste of stone, wood, cherry,oak, burnt sugar, agave citrus , brine, and ethyl left an impression upon my palate noting, mentally, that I must some day purchase my own bottle so that I can ruminate and marinate upon the aromas and flavors more leisurely in my personal enviroment.
