Aroma/Taste: On the nose, this Blanco Tequila offers very sweet aromas of cherry, plum, and cooked agave. There are also delightful notes of tropical fruit, particularly pineapple. The taste introduces a mix of black pepper and anise, adding a spicy and slightly sweet complexity to the flavor profile. Finish: The finish is vegetal, with savory hints of rosemary and black tea and medicinal notes of anise. It's a good finish that sticks around for a while, leaving a lasting impression. Overall: Tasted blind, this tequila is well-balanced. While I preferred the aroma over the finish, I would definitely revisit it.
Blind tasted with TMM. Strong bubble gum aroma that cares through a bit lighter on the flavor with a slight bitter but fast finish. This wasn’t for me, but maybe I need to revisit.
TMM Blind Tasting:2025 Aroma brings tropical fruit, gentle anise, and a touch of light yeast. On the palate, lime citrus leads with vegetal and herbaceous tones, cooked agave, ethyl, and grassy freshness. Dill, thin tangy fruit, thyme, anise, and a hint of brine. The finish is short, leaving citrus, spice, subtle brine, and light cooked agave.
Aroma: Grape, cantaloupe, clove, sweet cooked agave, white sugar Flavor: Pepper, mint, vegetal, strong bitterness Finish: Pretty harsh, bitter, tannic On the nose, I was really excited to taste this tequila. The fruit forward notes, the sweetness, it smelt really promising, but on the pallet it completely died. It was pretty harsh, bitter and dried out my mouth.
My first reaction was a strong alcohol aroma for a 40% ABV. I detect olives, brine, green pepper and a bit of fruit. The taste falls a bit flat for me. The first description that came to me upon second sip was “milk“. I think it’s because I just found it to be bland. Finish is harmless.
tmm blinds apr 2025 #2 this one was familiar fruit, sweet, (something i can't define?!?), with a pepper kick and a little yeast
strong alcohol presence for an 80 proof. fruity, sweet agave. odd flavor with an average finish....
part of a 10 blanco TMM blind Nose - Agave, pepper, black tea, honey, orange zest, minerals, clean fresh and bright Taste - Agave, pepper, cola, herbal, melon, cheery, sweet pepper and spearmint
A bit acrid/medicinal on the nose but this has a very easy entry, with some agave sweetness and just a bit of ethanol. Nice tongue buzz on the finish.

This ultra-premium Blanco tequila delivers an exceptionally smooth and complex experience, comparable to the best from brands like Partida Elegante and Clase Azul Plata. Crystal-clear in appearance, it showcases the purity of its carefully selected, slow-roasted agave. On the nose, vibrant aromas of fresh agave, citrus zest, and white pepper emerge, layered with subtle floral and herbal notes. A touch of sweet minerality, reminiscent of wet stone, blends seamlessly with hints of lime blossom and eucalyptus, creating a crisp yet inviting bouquet. The first sip is bright and full of depth, with the natural sweetness of cooked agave taking center stage. This is complemented by a silky mouthfeel and evolving flavors of honey, ripe pear, and a whisper of vanilla. A refined peppery spice adds balance, while delicate hints of sea salt and fresh herbs round out the complexity. The finish is clean and lingering, leaving behind a refreshing combination of citrus, agave nectar, and a touch of earthy minerality. Designed for sipping, this tequila is a perfect representation of purity and craftsmanship, delivering a world-class experience with every glass.

Light agave on nose nothing overwhelming, but lots of Lime/citrus & agave notes on pallet, very sweet & citrusy, nice mouthfeel, very good sipper for price
