this rating is for the other caballito cerrero. this is the wring distillery. tasted june 10, 2023 thank u to seattle juan for sharing these goodies: Caballito cerrero Azul blanco 46 Citrus agave smoke pine 86 Chato blanco 46 More subdued than the azul Without smoke or pine 84 Caballito 5 yr anejo Brown sugar mild oak. Mild pine. Something I can't define. Very dry finish. Mild short finish 86

This was the 46% abv blanco. The aroma definitely had some funk to it. I picked up raw agave, black pepper, vegetal and alcohol. There was another aroma I couldn't quite pick out, so I asked a few friends. We finally came up with banana! Flavor of agave, black pepper, fruitiness and vegetal. Finish was medium.
