Nose: Earthy notes, agave, vanilla and cherry. Flavors are not timid. Hot cinnamon, cloves and barrel spices. Jalapeño and almonds and dried fruit.
Nose: Ripe agave, dark cherry, tropical fruits, toasted nuts, minerals and ripe cheese. Flavor: Oily, big agave notes, almonds and vanilla with moderate black pepper in the background.
Nose: Minerals, earth, citrus, herbs and agave. Flavors: Ripe agave, cherry, anise, and minty basil. Balanced pepper to round it out.
Soon to be available, this was a pleasant surprise at the Taco and Tequila fest in Seattle. Nicely oaked agave with barrel spice notes and caramel and vanilla.
Nice clean agave and a citrus finish.
