Caramel, custard and spice make this añejo a nice treat. Some slight bitter oak notes on the finish don't detract from the overall impressions. This is from an older bottling that I purchased when WA state was still in the liquor business but the synthetic cork is providing a nice seal to the bottle.
Recently revised my score for this blanco by a couple of points after visiting for the first time in some years. Solid tequila if you can find it around.
Decent older school less known blanco. Silky mouthfeel; smells a bit of alcohol but taste is not as harsh as what the smell would suggest. Finish does not linger and agave taste is hard to discern
This is a good repo but in love with the anejo!!!
