NOM 1298 This Joven has the color of a reposado in the glass. Suave on entry this has most of the taste elements of a 2-3 month reposado. Some spice from the oak along with roasted caramelized agave. I need to find more production info on how this is made.

Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, hint of acidity, light citrus, hint of anise, hint of green vegetal note, hint of herbaceousness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet & sour balance but is light bodied, Finish is medium, light cooked agave, light citrus, light green vegetal notes with a hint of herbaceousness persists but not too long.
