Sweet agave and lightly pepper flavor but nothing else going on
Heavy vanilla aroma and flavor, thick and viscous but it has a defect on the back end. Simple, not bad just average.
Mexican 38% abv. 1 liter bottle, marbete is from 2002, tasted on 10-23-23. Color: light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, vanilla, quite earthy, dirt, light wood note, slightly herbaceous. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, vanilla and dirt or heavy earthy aroma dominates. Finish is medium, light cooked agave with vanilla and dirt aromas persist.
