Nose: agave, bright herbal notes, maybe thyme/oregano ish, smells like watered down brix honestly, some minerality there Pallet is agave, spices, some sweetness, a pure blanco from 1123, distinct grassy notes from them, good mouthfeel & finish, only knock is price as to me its worth about half of what it goes for. Delicious nonetheless but wouldn’t buy for 200
