Nose: cooked agave, minerals, vegetal, and black pepper Flavor: agave sweetness, earthy, black pepper, vegetal and some alcohol Finish: medium with pepper spice
Great stuff only available in Asia. It didnt go down like a mixto at all!
Bottled in Singapore. Interesting story behind the brand which can be found with a quick google search. Drinks a lot like Cimarron blanco but at a slightly higher proof. Nose: Nice sweet cooked agave with some black pepper. After letting it rest I noticed some light vanilla which I really enjoyed. Palate: cooked agave which starts with hints of sweetness but not overwhelming. Finishes with a little bite of alcohol from that 42.5% abv and some black pepper as well. Medium body, probably would be great in a cocktail but still holds up as a tasty sipper.
