I have the same complaints that I did about the Blanco, doesn’t really have that much of a personality outside of the sweet oak finish. Give it a miss for what it costs.
Not a single redeeming quality as far as my tequila barometer goes.....just tastes contrived and tampered with.
Not a bad tequila. Very woodsy, yet doesn't match the aroma. Smooth, yet missing complexity in flavors. I'm trying the anejo next in hopes aging brings out more flavor from the barrel.
Gifts include a $3.5 million bottle of tequila.
The bottle holds 1.3 liters and was created by Tequila Ley .95. The liquor is 100% agave tequila, seven years old, and was distilled by Hacienda La Capilla.
Basic bottle, didn't cost me a fortune, tastes clean and well made. Oak, agave, caramel and a bit of pepper. this is held back by a short finish.
