Ambhar Plata NOM 1479 The nose is light. There’s a slight sweetness and some cooked agave along with a hint of bright citrus. I taste a lot of agave on the front and then the mid-pallet turns into sweet agave. There’s also some nice citrus, mostly lime. The body is a little thin but there is some lingering pepper which is nice. Overall this is a good clean blanco that’s slightly sweet and thin but there isn’t anything that’s off putting.
