Some floral notes on the nose along with agave. Medium viscosity with some bitterness and pepper. Finish of medium length with little sweetness evident.
Nose: Round barrel spices and light pepper note to begin with. Some mineral pizazz, ripe dark fruit & vanilla aromas, and peekaboo agave. Flavor: A huge disappointment after the promising nosing. Very watery in the mouth with some bitterness. The barrel spices have become diluted and the agave has retreated to nonexistence. Finish: Pepper and vanilla somewhat save the day...
Tasted in Querétaro, México. Aroma and flavors of agave, baking spices and caramel. Nice mouth feel with a finish that has a bit of a bite.
