Aroma: cooked agave, light acidity, light citrus, hint of earth, hint of fruitiness, green vegetal notes, after 20 minutes the cooked agave becomes slightly sweet. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance, green vegetal note is quite intense, ends slightly dry. Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light citrus, hint of earthiness with light green vegetal notes persist.

Aroma: cooked agave, light citrus, acidity, light hay, hint of fruity sweetness, hint of vanilla and hint of wood note. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, wood note is quite active & astringent on the palate, creamy & buttery. Finish is medium to medium long, creamy & buttery, hint of cooked agave, light vanilla, light wood note with a light sweet sensation persists.
