With the initial sip, the palate is greeted by assertive alcohol, scathing ethyl, which makes the minerality feel abrasive as well. However, this is balanced by the emergence of a honeyed sweetness, earthy nuances, cooked agave, and minute brine undertones.Very multifaceted. Although the initial taste is rough to me, the finish I find personally enjoyable. Subtle brine nuances, fading traces of smoke, lingering agave earthiness, minerality, and citrus makes for a pleasant and lingering aftertaste.
