Nice aroma with barrel notes of oak and wood phenol aromatics. In the mouth though those elements are not present and the taste is mostly of ethanol with the agave muted, I believe, by the third distillation. Some slight bitterness from the oak on the finish plus the ethanol make this an unbalanced Añejo overall.
Fairly soft from the triple distillation, this has a pleasing taste with no real standout elements. Some agave, some sweetness and natural viscosity leaves me wondering what the product is like before the 3rd pass.
Smooth start. Peppery on the finish
Not as disjointed as the Añejo, this is servicable. Some barrel spice of oak, a bit of cinnamon and clove. Short finish.
