Brilliant stuff. Notes of caramelized agave, toffee, chocolate, vanilla, dried fruit, raisins, tropical fruit, pepper, oak, mint, and freshwater with a creamy mouthfeel and long finish. Bargain at $130-$150 a bottle compared to more expensive el Tesoro 80, Fuenteseca 8 and above, similarly priced Don Julio 1942, Reserva de la Familia, Avion 44.

Cotton candy and caramel. Slippery. Not unpleasant at all.

Smells like a brick oven, standard agave flavour but a bit boozy. Bitter on the front palate to finish but a nice cooked agave base.
