Neat $25 . Aroma light on the nose with nutmeg, oak, citrus, peach, butter and light agave. Palate sweet with peach, vanilla, smoke, oak, citrus, caramel, kind of cognac like taste with lots of cinnamon. Finish is nice peppery sweet, lots of pearls and thin legs.
Wood, balanced with agave make this a pleasant and surprisingly nice sipper.
Dark amber appearance. Nose starts with berries, cherry, barrel spices and oak - oak creeps in a bit more as it opens up, but not overpowering. Flavor: Anise, pepper, caramel, caraway notes and ripe berries. Agave peeks through as well. Pepper and heat grow on the finish, but balance the viscous sweetness nicely.
Spicy agave start with fruit and floral fragrances. Agave shines through in the flavor. Thankfully, not too much oak interfering - but enough to keep it popping interesting . Notes of pepper, hazelnuts and honey. Nice balance and heat on the finish. A whisper of vanilla.
