Nose of agave and fruit. Maybe Jack Fruit but since I have never smelled or tasted one I can’t say. Honeysuckle. On the palate, nice agave. I also get honey. Not super complex but tasty for sure. The finish is good.

Nose: Cooked agave, minerals, salt, anise, lime zest and vegetal notes (sweet potato) Palate: Opens up nicely with cooked agave, nice minerality with similar flavors to the nose. Finish: Light mouthfeel with a subtle black pepper linger. Very gentle off the finish lasting 10-15 seconds.

Tried at Sabor Y Cultura Chicago. This was a nice blanco. The jackfruit comes through softly and makes for an easy sipper.

Really enjoyed this. Sweet agave, jackfruit sweetness (enhanced the agave flavor?) light pepper, lime citrus. Delicious

The jackfruit wood with an oak finished flavor paid off this is really good.

This is one of the most interesting complex and tasty Blancos I’ve ever had!
