Batch: L ELB05, acquired recently, tasted on 4-27-25. Color: light rose with an orange hue. Aroma: light hint of cooked agave, light wood note, hint of acidity, light astringency, quite muted on the nose. After 1 hour in the glass a hint of red berry note emerges. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, slightly astringent and dry. Finish: hint of pepper spiciness with light astringent wood note persists.
