Very impressed with a sample I received, and anxious to get a bottle and have a few more pours. Lot 1 @ 42.5% ABV. Aromas of cooked agave, green bell pepper, black pepper, and a very slight funkiness that I like. Buttery mouthfeel, great cooked agave, and some cinnamon on the finish (wow!).

A treat for all the senses from start to finish. Floral, lemon zest, white pepper on the nose. The taste is vegetal, earthly and pulling out hints of pepper flavors. Long, smooth, flavorful finish is characterized by more floral, citrus and mint. Quite simply the best blanco I’ve ever had.
