Have to say, I tried this side by side with their high proof two separate days. My first impression was I preferred the 42 ABV over the high proof, the next day I preferred the high proof. That’s how close these two are. Well made, great nose, pepper, citrus, minerality, nice finish

Definitely enjoyed this. Lots of pepper and a long finish. This brand is going places. The high proof is even better

Tried this at Sabor y Cultura, Chicago. Definitely my style of Blanco. A lot of agave a ton of minerality. Nicely balanced pretty vegetal as well. Personally I prefer this slightly to the high proof.

Wow, really enjoyed this one. Very aromatic! Flavors bring minerals, citrus peel, and a tart note that reminds me of Siempre Vivo. Pretty good value for the quality (bought mine for $42). Good stuff.

Very impressed with a sample I received, and anxious to get a bottle and have a few more pours. Lot 1 @ 42.5% ABV. Aromas of cooked agave, green bell pepper, black pepper, and a very slight funkiness that I like. Buttery mouthfeel, great cooked agave, and some cinnamon on the finish (wow!).

Great nose. The minerals in the flavor with the cooked agave is great. Long peppery finish. This is my kind of blanco!

Tried at Sabor y Cultura Chicago. This is gonna be a great new brand. The blanco was delicious. Nice upfront agave and pepper that fades into a creamy finish. So enjoyable and at a great price point.

A treat for all the senses from start to finish. Floral, lemon zest, white pepper on the nose. The taste is vegetal, earthly and pulling out hints of pepper flavors. Long, smooth, flavorful finish is characterized by more floral, citrus and mint. Quite simply the best blanco I’ve ever had.
