Mexican 35% abv. versión, lote: L 1BL35FR-002, bottled on 30/11/2023, tasted on 3-12-24. Aroma: raw agave, herbaceous, cinnamon spiciness, hint of mint, light green vegetal note, light acidity, after 20 minutes in the glass a hint of lactic note emerges. Aromas are overall quite subtle. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, celery, hint of pepper spiciness. Agave note becomes slightly sweet on the palate. Also overall quite subtle on the palate too. Finish is short to medium, raw agave, vegetal note, hint of pepper spiciness and a light agave sweetness persists but not too long.
