Great nose has me leaning into the glass, I don’t detect anything that doesn’t belong. Lots of almond and lime rind, the alcohol is quite overwhelming at mid palate but dissipates fast enough. Overall a good Tequila, the structure makes me think this will be a great option for cocktails.

Light mint and agave notes, S/S distillation affects the flavor profile. Additive free. A simple blanco, good for cocktails and sipping

Aroma isn’t great. Very alcoholic and thin, with a hint of white vinegar. Nice flavour, though: agave, melon, citrus. Short but not unpleasant, slightly sweet and peppery finish. If it wasn’t for that vinegar thing in the aroma this would be a real winner.

I can perceive the mineral notes and metallic, sweet agave

Nose: little alcohol forward that pleasantly gives way to cooked agave, lemongrass, pear, and some under ripened citrus. Taste: Cooked agave is prominent, notes of black pepper (and a little salt). Big surprise is refreshing notes of ripened Pear. Drinking this reminds me of the mouthfeel of eating a fresh pear. Finish: mixed notes of citrus/pear, gives way to a slight warmth on the tongue.

Subtle vanilla on the nose. Warm and fresh. Taste of cooked pear and dry orange. Short finish and smooth.

No marbete nor codes anywhere on the bottle, acquired October 2023, tasted 10-14-23 Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, earthy, slightly herbaceous, although alcohol sensation is medium high but it doesn’t bother because aromas are quite expressive too, after 30 minutes in the glass a touch of brine emerges. Slightly acidic. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, agave note is sweeter on the palate, good sweet sour and acidic balance. Finish is medium to long, light sweet cooked agave with sweet sour and citrus balance persists.
