Mexican 40% abv. version, no lot code, marbete is from year 2002, round bottle with long neck with a black plastic twist cap and a fun stopper. Tasted on 10-4-24. Aroma: cooked agave, light green vegetal note, light resinous sweetness, earthy, light acidity, light dirt aroma, light cereal distillate, light sourness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet and sour balance, thick and oily mouthfeel. Light resinous sweetness balanced with earthy dirt aroma is quite interesting. Finish is medium to long, light green vegetal note, hint of cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light dirt and light cereal distillate aromas persist.
