Wry pedestrian. Nose is agave and pepper. Minerality and citrus The palate is agave, brine, pepper, alcohol. Bitter finish. I would not buy this but it is drinkable.

Just as a nota bene, this score is based on a few points added for value. Nose is crisp with baked agave, citrus notes and the smell of wet rocks. Flavor: Honey, nice agave shining through with cinnamon, cloves, a touch of vanilla and a nice pepper bite. Finish is medium long with an afterthought of anise. This is a pretty impressive tequila for $165 pesos- $9 US.

Pleasant aroma with hints of agave. Good flavor with agave and pepper, not strong. Medium finish. Excellent value and availability in Morelia. Great mixer and okay straight.

I purchased this bottle for $8 at a road side store from a 13 year old kid. I asked him I was looking for good tequila that was very cheap and little dude knew exactly what to recommend. I asked how he knew and he said because he drinks it, but he doesn't drink as much anymore. the aroma is light pepper married to deep cooked agave. the taste is very smooth, with clean peppery smoke hitting the pallet before a quick citrus finish. this might be my favorite tequila for the price point. solid, pure blanco Home with mi perro bottle $8 in Tequila, mx no food

Mexican 38% abv. versión, lote: LTJTL68B06, bottled on 30-12-2020, tasted on 10-16-23. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, light acidity, orange peel, light earthiness, fresh. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance, a touch of black pepper at the end. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave with light orange peel and black pepper notes persist.

My second tasting changed my perception. Fairly complex with notes of anis, honey, sugar coated agave and piloncillo.
