Mexican 38% abv. versión, lote: MB1823, bottled on 11-08-2023, tasted on 7-28-24. Aroma: light cooked agave, light acidity, citrus, light lemon, hint of earthiness, light sprite, after 20 minutes a hint of briny sensation emerges. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance. Light fruitiness. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave, light sprite, hint of fruitiness with a hint of earthiness persists. Reminds me of Azuñia blanco from the same NOM.
