NOM 1567, Ejidal tequila silver 40% abv., created by Mario Gómez, lot: BC04, it has a black plastic twist cap with fun stopper, acquired recently, tasted on 2-5-25. Aroma: light cooked agave, light acidity, hint of earthiness, hint of sourness, hint of citrus, after 20 minutes in the glass a hint of fruitiness emerges. Palate: tastes rather different from aroma, ethanol sensation is medium to high thus flavors and aromas through my retronasal is limited & bland. Light sourness. Finish is medium to almost medium long, hint of cooked agave with a hint of acidity persists.
